>> There will be occasions when our services may not be up to your expectations. Please try to appreciate the various constraints under which the hospital is functioning. A large number of patients attend the OPD daily. The number of patients seeking casualty/Emergency medical care daily is also quite large.

But we try to offer our best services.

>> Please do not hesitate to register your complaints. It will only help as serve you better.

>> You may lodge your complaints to the Medical Superintendent (Block II, 2nd floor) or the Duty Officer in the Casualty. Every complaint will be duly acknowledged and sincere attempt will be made to solve the problem.
